I have been going to Epiros for over 2.5 years now and believe they have become a big part of our family's healing process from mold illness.

My son struggles with ADHD and anxiety. It was suggested that I start him on ritalin and SSRI’s which I was NOT interested in so I decided to bring him in for RASHA. I have to say I am completely blown away by how the RASHA has really helped him. I saw a remarkable difference in his general well being. He was able to access a sense of calm and focus that I have rarely seen in him. He was back to focusing for hours on things like legos, or a project he might be working on. As far as the anxiety goes it has been far more leveled out and he seems generally more “chill,” for lack of a better term. Rita and Nola are so wonderful with him when he comes in for his sessions.
